50.3% Ugandan Dark Chocolate Granola Infused Bar
The 2.5 oz Granola bar is also called the "Hiking Bar" by our resident hiking chocolatiers. The Ugandan chocolate starts with cacao bean, then roasted to perfection and winnowed to create nib. We make our chocolate in 100 pound conches that process for 72 hours to get the perfection consistency and refinement expected from Kyya Chocolate.
The 50.3% Dark Chocolate is then infused with Granola, Honey, Quinoa and Sunflower seeds that have a pop of salt. People describe this bar as the best mixture of granola and chocolate ever.
We make our chocolate in small batches, ensuring artisan flavors pair together to entice the senses. We add the ingredients for each bar by hand and swirl them into the chocolate. Our chocolatiers consider this the hardest bar to make, but we believe the results are worth every swirl.
