Ecuador Midnight Dark Chocolate infused with Wine and Nib

The Most unique bar we make. Ecuador infused with Rock House Red Wine for 3 weeks and once the wine is married to our nib, we then start to make chocolate. But during the molding process, we take some of the wine infused nib and lay into the back of the bar. This is a very unique chocolate, full of wine and chocolate together. While is a 72.5% Midnight Dark, everyone in the shop agrees the infused wine brings the effective sweetness to a 40%.
