Our Sugar Free Dark Chocolate is based on our popular Colombian Single Origin Cacao.
We eliminated sugar from the recipe with a combination of our award winning cacao along with a combination of erythritol, inulin and Stevia (TM) to preserve the great flavors we have in our our dark chocolates.
Made in small batches, we took 3 years to perfect this recipe. The chocolate has the Colombian notes, including Honey and Molasses with whispers of coffee and tobacco. This chocolate is smooth and balanced, especially for a dark chocolate.
