2.5 oz of rare bean to bar chocolate. In a small shop like ours, changing over to run white chocolate is time consuming. We make two batches of white chocolate per year and when it's gone, it's gone. While most white chocolates are heavy on the sugar, we chose a different path, creating a distinctive artisan blend, leveraging cocoa butter as the primary ingredient, which provides a creamy and delicately white bar unlike any other.
Our white chocolate is created with Ecuador Cocoa Butter, Milk Powder and Sugar, with a splash of vanilla and sea salt.
