Down the road from every cacao farm is a coffee plantation. We decided to bring some green bean coffee home and work the same magic on it as we do on our cacao. What some people don't know is we have to roast cacao before making chocolate to develop the flavor and cacao is delicate, so it's just a few changes and we got some amazing medium-roast whole bean coffee in 16oz bags. Enough for about a pot of coffee for 2 weeks at home. Enjoy!
