About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Chocolate Maker to join our production team! In this role, you’ll be hands-on in crafting our chocolates and sauces, ensuring every batch meets our high standards for quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities
Production
- Prepare chocolate and sauce batches following established recipes and schedules
- Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients
- Operate cooking and mixing equipment to ensure proper consistency and texture
Quality Control
- Conduct taste tests and visual checks to ensure product quality
- Monitor temperature, viscosity, and batch consistency
- Make adjustments as needed to maintain standards
Sanitation & Food Safety
- Follow strict cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Comply with HACCP and GMP food safety standards
- Maintain accurate batch and production records
Packaging
- Package products into bottles, jars, or pouches
- Ensure proper sealing and labeling of all products
- Operate packaging equipment when needed
Equipment & Maintenance
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues
- Assist with disassembling and cleaning machinery
Inventoy Support
- Monitor ingredient and packaging supply levels
- Assist with ordering and restocking materials
Safety & Compliance
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
- Report hazards or incidents promptly
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in food production or confectionery preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to operate kitchen or production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to lift and handle heavy materials
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team! You’ll be the face of our store, helping customers find what they love, keeping displays beautiful, and supporting daily operations. If you enjoy creating great shopping experiences and working in a fun, fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs
- Provide product info, and recommendations
- Handle questions, complaints, and returns with professionalism
- Engage with customers to promote and upsell products
- Process transactions accurately at the register/POS system
- Help meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Restock shelves, update displays, and ensure proper pricing
- Assist with creating eye-catching seasonal or featured displays
- Stay up to date on product details, new arrivals, and trends
- Educate customers on product benefits and uses
- Keep the store clean and tidy throughout the day
- Assist in unpacking and organizing new inventory shipments
- Report low-stock items or supply needs to management
- Step in to cover shifts or assist during busy periods
- Follow company security policies to minimize shrink
