Location: Bentonville, AR (In-Person)
Position Type: Part-Time (1-5pm, Weekends included)

About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team! You’ll be the face of our store, helping customers find what they love, keeping displays beautiful, and supporting daily operations. If you enjoy creating great shopping experiences and working in a fun, fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs
- Provide product info, and recommendations
- Handle questions, complaints, and returns with professionalism
- Engage with customers to promote and upsell products
- Process transactions accurately at the register/POS system
- Help meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Restock shelves, update displays, and ensure proper pricing
- Assist with creating eye-catching seasonal or featured displays
- Stay up to date on product details, new arrivals, and trends
- Educate customers on product benefits and uses
- Keep the store clean and tidy throughout the day
- Assist in unpacking and organizing new inventory shipments
- Report low-stock items or supply needs to management
- Step in to cover shifts or assist during busy periods
- Follow company security policies to minimize shrink
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and people skills

Positive, customer-focused attitude

Basic math and computer skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items
