Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
- During peak seasons (e.g., Christmas), processing may take 2 extra days.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: (Arrives in 3-5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping: (Arrives in 1-2 business days)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $77
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Warm Weather Shipping (For Chocolate Products)
To ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition:
- Orders shipping to warm climates may include insulated packaging & ice packs.
- We recommend selecting expedited shipping for destinations above 75°F (24°C).
- We do not take responsibility for melted products if standard shipping is chosen.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by carriers but will help assist.
- If your package is missing, please contact carrier first with your tracking number.
- If stolen, please file a claim with the carrier or contact us for assistance.
Severe Weather Delays
In the event of severe weather—including but not limited to snowstorms, tornadoes, ice, or other hazardous conditions—order fulfillment and carrier transit times may be delayed. Please allow up to an additional 3 business days for processing and shipping during these events. Kyya Chocolate is not responsible for weather-related delays once orders are in transit.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, currently only to Canada. Customers are responsible for the duties & taxes upon import.
